Applicable Law

This site is created and controlled by Beaufin Australia Pty Ltd. Your use of this site is governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of VIC, Australia. Disputes arising from your use of this site are exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of VIC, Australia.

This site may be accessed throughout Australia and overseas. AU Massage Supplies makes no representations that the content of this site complies with the laws (including intellectual property laws) of any country outside Australia. If you access this site from outside Australia, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for complying with the laws in the place where you access the site.

Prices

1.        Prices are negotiable for bulk requirements. Please contact our sales manager.

2.        Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.

3.        Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

4.        We reserve the right to rectify prices quoted in the invoice, if found to be incorrect.

Payments may be made by PayPal, credit card and bank transfer.

The cost of recovering any default of payments will be borne by the customer. Court in VIC has sole jurisdiction.

The goods remain property of Beaufin Australia Pty Ltd until full payment is received.

Availability and Brands

Common types and sizes are usually available in stock. Unpopular products types and sizes will require minimum 4-6 weeks delivery time.

We endeavour to stock all items displayed in this catalogue at all times. However due to unforeseen or unexpected circumstances there is always a possibility that we may temporarily run out of stock of a particular stock item. We will exercise our discretion and supply an alternative brand of comparable quality to save you the convenience of back ordering.

If back ordered item is no longer required, please advise our after sales service.

Delivery Policy

1. We only ship to locations within Australia.
2. Price are inclusive of GST.
3. We send small items via Australia Post Regular Parcel Post and big items via Fastway Couriers.
4. We endeavor to pass the best prices to our customers so in order to keep costs low. Signature on delivery incurs an extra charge of $2.95. Please choose your preferred method of delivery at the checkout.
5. Items will usually be dispatched within 48 hours of payment, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm.
6. Please allow 5-10 working days for delivery.
7. If events occur including but no limited to a delay caused by our carrier that we have no control over or by any event which is out of our reasonable control (including but not limited to any delay caused by an incorrect delivery address being provided to us). We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred by any persons.

Return and Refund Policy

Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Shipping

You will responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Issue of Credit

Beaufin Australia Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or delay credit or replacement unless the procedures for the return of goods have been followed.

Warranty

All electric equipment with a repair or replacement warranty within 6 months from the day of purchase. (We are not covering bulbs, fluorescent tubes, ozone tubes, normal wear and tear, negligence, accident). Both freight charges are payable by Customer.

Viruses

AU Massage Supplies cannot guarantee that any file or program available for download and/or execution from or via this site is free from viruses or other conditions which could damage or interfere with data, hardware or software with which it might be used. You assume all risk of use of all programs and files on this site, and you release AU Massage Supplies entirely of all responsibility for any consequences of its use.

Disclaimers by the Company:

The Company and their employees or their representatives do not provide any information, representatives or warranties to the Customers about the suitability, safety or nature of the products provided and sold by the Company.

The Customer acknowledge that the Company is importing the products directly from overseas manufacturer and the products are not manufactured by the Company.

The Customer acknowledge that there are risks involved in using the products which are Manufactured by overseas manufacturer and shall not be entitled to claim any damages, compensation or loss or initiate any proceeding against the Company aroused in relation to the suitability, safety, quality or nature of the products.
